Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a package from Aromyst ("we", "us"). Buying a package means you accept them.

1. What we do

Aromyst is a digital presence agency based in the Maldives. We manage social media, design content, write copy, and run advertising campaigns for businesses.

2. Our packages

We offer three monthly packages. What each includes is listed on our home page:

• Foundation — MVR 7,000 per month
• Momentum — MVR 12,000 per month
• Dominance — MVR 20,000 per month

All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and cover one month of service.

3. Payment

Packages are paid in advance for the month ahead. Card payments are processed by Bank of Maldives. We never see or store your full card number.

Each month is purchased separately. We do not charge your card automatically.

4. Advertising budget is separate

Our fee covers our work — planning, designing, writing and managing your campaigns. The money paid to Facebook, Instagram or Google for the ads themselves is not included and is paid by you. We will always agree an ad budget with you before spending anything.

5. What we need from you

• Access to the social media accounts we are managing
• Your logo, brand materials, and any photos you want used
• Approval on content within a reasonable time, so posting stays on schedule
• Accurate information about your business and what you sell

If we cannot get what we need, work may be delayed. That delay is not a fault on our side.

6. Who owns the work

Once a month is paid for, the designs and copy we produced in that month are yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Stopping the service

You can stop at any time by not buying the next month. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. We will finish the month you have already paid for.

We may decline to continue working with a client, in which case we will refund any unused part of the month.

8. What we do not promise

We work to grow your presence, but we cannot guarantee a particular number of followers, leads or sales. Social platforms change their rules and reach without notice, and results depend on your market and your offer as well as our work.

9. Limits of our responsibility

If something goes wrong on our side, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the month in question. We are not responsible for losses caused by a platform suspending your account, or by information you gave us being wrong.

10. Import, export and customs

Aromyst sells a monthly social media management service. Nothing physical is shipped, so no import duty, export restriction or customs charge applies to anything you buy from us.

If we are ever asked to buy a physical item on your behalf, such as printed material, we will quote it separately and tell you in writing about any duty or customs charge before you agree to it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
